  • Tasting of Chillon wines with commentary by our partners from Maison Henri Badoux
  • Screening of a short film by director Florian Burion, with public discussion sessions
  • Guided tours of the castle on the subject of wine in the Middle Ages
  • Exclusive guided tours of our vineyard
  • Sensory workshops for children

A snack bar will showcase local produce.

From September 12 to 22:

  • An animation on a table with different cereals produced in Switzerland.
  • A different cereal to discover in each dish of the day.

September 14:

  • A tasty vegetarian dish of the day with 3 cereals: durum wheat with baby vegetables, barley and cabbage risotto, spelt with treviso escarole and pear, spelt cereal galette with spiced tomato sauce.
