On Friday December 1st, the Friends of Chillon Castle
will be hosting a festive evening with an aperitif featuring local produce and Chillon wine. Musical accompaniment will enliven the evening.
Rillettes of smoked trout (from the Chailly smokehouse)
Fondue mousse (La Neuve alpine cheese), walnut saladine and zucchini pickles
Papet vaudois revisited accompanied by its Bricelet with wild garlic
Grape tartlet and Vaudois white wine cream
During this fabulous support meal, the automaton designed by Edouard-Gabriel Wüthrich will be presented to you, along with the association’s plans for it.
