On Friday December 1st, the
Friends of Chillon Castle will be hosting a festive evening with an aperitif featuring local produce and Chillon wine. Musical accompaniment will enliven the evening.
Menu:
Amuse-bouche :
Rillettes of smoked trout (from the Chailly smokehouse)
Appetizer:
Fondue mousse (La Neuve alpine cheese), walnut saladine and zucchini pickles
Main course:
Papet vaudois revisited accompanied by its Bricelet with wild garlic
Dessert :
Grape tartlet and Vaudois white wine cream
During this fabulous support meal, the automaton designed by Edouard-Gabriel Wüthrich will be presented to you, along with the association’s plans for it.
