Septembre musical – From Bach to Jazz

Avi Avital is undoubtedly one of the greatest mandolin players of our time. For this concert, he not only interprets classical music, but also explores jazz, alongside the brilliant pianist Omer Klein. From their common hero, Bach, to personal compositions and jazz improvisations, they blur the boundaries between genres. Bach’s Partita N°2 takes on a new life under their fingers, between the precision of classical music and the freedom of jazz.
