Guided wine tour

This extraordinary tour opens the doors to the château’s vineyards. Steeped in history, you’ll discover the terroir of “Clos de Chillon”, our award-winning Grand Cru.

Make your way back to the cellars of the Lake Geneva fortress, passing through the washrooms and banqueting halls. The history of wine and its impact on the lives of medieval people will delight your senses. At the end of the tour, extend the experience with a convivial moment and taste the white and red “Clos de Chillon”, accompanied by appetizers prepared by Café Byron.

The visit was named a “Coup de Coeur” event for the Semaine du Goût 2024 (Taste Week).

The tour takes place in French, whatever the weather. We recommend that you bring shoes and clothing suitable for the weather.

Meeting point: in front of the vineyard entrance (quai Alfred Chatelanat), a 10-minute walk from the castle towards Montreux.
