Chillon Castle Foundation
Chillon Castle Foundation is a private entity that was founded in 2002 to assure the running and conservation, hence also the restoration work, of this historical monument that is the property of the Canton of Vaud.
The Foundation Council is directed by the Foundation Bureau, and works closely with the castle’s management team, as well as with the Technical Commission.
The Foundation Council may be composed of seven to thirteen members and is headed by the Foundation Bureau, itself composed of three to five members, including the President and Treasurer.The actual members

The Director is responsible for the general management of Chillon Castle Foundation.
With her three assistant managers, she ensure the running and conservation of the site and is also responsible for developing, proposing and implementing strategy.

The Technical Commission
Composed of five members, the Technical Committee is headed by a representative of the Canton of Vaud Buildings Department. It is in charge of the conservation of the monument. The Director and the architect appointed by the Foundation are present at its meetings.The actual members:
