For a guided tour, your reservation must be:
- made at the latest 2 working days before the tour
- made in writing (using the attached reservation form)
- confirmed in writing by our reservations service

In the event of cancellation, please note that only written cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations made the same day or no-shows will be invoiced.
Only official Chillon Castle guides are authorised to lead groups within the monument.
