Board-games and role-playing at the castle
Saturday 24 April 2010 - Fun & Games at Chillon: Castle under attack!
On Saturday 24 April, Chillon Castle will open its doors to all lovers of games between 19:00 and 24:00, for an evening of board-games and role-playing. The Swiss Games Museum and Chillon Castle are organizing an entertaining evening for young people around their interests and imagination.
“Oh my goodness! Who has killed the Constable of Chillon Castle?”
“Murder and Mystery” evening fans will resolve the enigma in a role-playing game created especially for this occasion. Participants will play the part of characters who were involved in the intrigues of the court of Pope Felix Vth, the antipope of Avignon. This is your chance to become a duke, a knight or the princess of Cyprus, a cook or a poisoner, just for a night!
In the meantime, around the fireplace…
Masters of ceremonies from the Swiss Games Museum will initiate games lovers and novices into the ancient games on their tables. Player will search for the Werewolf hidden in the nooks and crannies of the castle, come into the Tavern and drink the Elixir, to name but a few of the excitements planned for the evening.
