Guided tours are strongly recommended for groups.

The tour will be led by an official Chillon Castle tour guide in one of these languages: French, English, Portuguese, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

The conditions are as follows:

• Price: CHF 80.00 (+ ticket entry price)
• Duration: 50 to 60 minutes
• Groups: maximum 50 people, groups larger than will be divided
• Reservation to be made in advance in writing
• Confirmation 3 days before with the exact time of arrival and number of participants by email, fax or telephone.
• Only official Castle of Chillon guides are authorised to act as guides in the castle !

It is also possible to ask for a thorough guided tour with a specialist in French, English or German (120.- for 90 minutes, maximum 30 persons, entrance fee not included)

Guided tour in Medieval costume

An entertaining visit of the castle accompanied by a guide in Medieval costume representing a specific character that will take directly back into the Middles Ages.

Especially adapted for children.

Duration: 1 hour
Tariff: CHF 120.00 (entry tickets not included).

Guided tours with refreshments

After a guided tour, we give our visitors the opportunity to share a nice moment together and to have a glass of our wine "Clos de Chillon" with some refreshments (water, orange juice and biscuits) .

This is only possible if you book a guided tour. It is possible to book it within the following timetable :

from April to September until 17h30,

from October to March until 16h30,

and From November to February until 15h30.

Audioguides

Audioguide (iPod) Rental

Price : CHF 6 (+ entry ticket price)

French, German, English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Chinese and Japanese.

The complete visit of the castle is one to two hours long. Audioguide rental closes 90 minutes before the castle closes.

The audioguide is made available in exchange for a valid identity document.
The device does not function outside the castle premises.
