Clos de Chillon

Since 2002, the State of Vaud has entrusted the Foundation of the Castle of Chillon with the conservation, running and enhancing the value of the Castle and its site, as well as managing the 12,500 m2 Clos de Chillon vineyard.
This vineyard is at the frontier of the renowned Chablais Vaudois and Lavaux wine regions, and is the first area of the Lavaux region, running East to West.

A subtly fruity, well-balanced and tangy white wine, Clos de Chillon is made from white Chasselas grapes. It is ideal as an aperitif wine and will accompany the fresh fish from our lakes or a Gruyere cheese from Jaman delightfully.
All profits from its sale go toward conservation and restoration of the castle.
