Clos de Chillon

White AOC Vaud wine (Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée).

The 12,500 m2 vineyard is located right next to the castle, on the shores of Lake Geneva, on the border of two famous wine regions: the Lavaux, part of which was made a «UNESCO World Heritage» site in 2007, and the Chablais. Their ideal site between mountain and lake meansthat Clos de Chillon vines get truly exceptional sunshine and warmth from the reflection of the mirror of Lake Geneva.

A subtly fruity, well-balanced and tangy white wine, Clos de Chillon is made from white Chasselas grapes. It is ideal as an aperitif wine and will accompany the fresh fish from our lakes or a Gruyere cheese from Jaman delightfully.

All profits from its sale go toward conservation and restoration of the castle.
