Skilfully blended by Daniel Dufaux, oenologist and manager of Henri BADOUX SA – VINS, and President of the Union of Swiss Oenologists.
The blending of Pinot Noir and Gamay gives a dense, deep black cherry colour.
The nose releases subtle notes of cherry, forest undergrowth and spices.
On the palate it is direct, warm and vibrant, with a harmonious structure, the complex and refined flavours enhance the whole to perfection.
